Zena Emad

Zena Emad is one of the most vibrant young voices in the Middle Eastern music scene and a symbol of modern Arab pop.

Zena began her career with covers and performances on open stages, and her videos today garner hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. The artist’s style is a fusion of traditional Arabic melodies and modern pop rhythms with elements of Khaliji, jazz, and soft rock.

The singer has received a Riyadh Joy Award as Best Emerging Artist, was a winner of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture’s competition for young musicians, and has participated in large-scale projects, including the Arabic version of “Land of the Heroes” with Alan Walker. Among her well-known tracks are “Ya Awali”, “El Warda El Baida”, and “Ana Zeena”.

Ahmed Karkanawi

Composer, poet, producer, and cultural figure. As a graduate of the Notre Dame University in Beirut with a degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology, he possesses a deep academic understanding of musical traditions in both the Middle East and the entire world.

Ahmed gained recognition as a composer back in 2006, winning a prestigious Arab award for musical composition. He successfully worked in the advertising industry for over ten years, and since 2021, he has been part of the Saudi Music Commission as a producer, actively participating in the development of the Kingdom’s contemporary music scene.

In his work, Ahmed combines a scientific approach with a poetic vision. His participation in the Intervision jury is the perspective of a person for whom music is not only an art, but also a means of cultural expression, uniting different peoples and traditions.
