A musical ensemble from the Republic of South Africa, assembled specifically for Intervision. Five artists, five powerful voices, and a whole palette of genres, from gospel and amapiano to opera and afropop.

Each member of the group is a star in their homeland. They’ve all received prestigious awards, have topped the national charts, and are beloved by the public. Together, they create a sound where ancient traditions meet the modern rhythm of South Africa.

Mzansi Jikelele is a unique ensemble. Their participation in Intervision is an invitation to hear South Africa as it is: vibrant, energetic, and incredibly distinctive.
