About the Artist
Sanaipei Tande
Singer, songwriter, actress, and TV host. She became famous in 2004 as a finalist in the Coca-Cola Popstars competition. Shortly after, she joined the Sema musical trio, with whom she released a debut album. After the group disbanded, Sanaipei began a successful solo career, presenting the public with dozens of hits.
She regularly contributes to government cultural initiatives, creates music for national campaigns, and participates in major music shows such as Amazing Voices. In 2021, Sanaipei released the NABO EP, and in 2024, a full-length album.
On the Intervision stage, the artist will perform a version of the song “Flavour” adapted specifically for the Contest, blending East African rhythms with her unique style.
