The Roscongress Foundation and the “Traditions of Art” Foundation havesigned a memorandum of cooperation during the St. PetersburgInternational Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).
The document was signed by Alexander Stuglev, CEO of the Roscongress Foundation, and Igor Markov, President of the “Traditions of Art “Foundation.”
In an era of global challenges, initiatives like Intervision remind us of the unifying power of art. Signing this memorandum with the “Traditions of Art” Foundation opens new opportunities for cultural diplomacy. Intervision will serve as a bridge between nations, bringing together talents and traditions,” said Alexander Stuglev.
Additionally, on the sidelines of SPIEF, the “Traditions of Art” Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the joint company Wildberries & Russ (RWB).
“The signing of this memorandum is a significant step for our Foundation and for the development of international cultural dialogue. We are confident that joining forces will allow us to implement joint projects aimed at preserving and promoting artistic traditions while creating new opportunities for creativity. In today’s world, cultural partnership serves as the foundation for mutual understanding and trust, and we are pleased to collaborate with our colleagues from RWB,” stated Igor Markov.
The memorandum outlines plans to develop cultural and humanitarian cooperation in Russia and implement joint projects in art and culture.

We are confident that this partnership will unlock new opportunities for preserving heritage and supporting talent, and projects like “Intervision” will become a shining example of art’s unifying power,” noted Robert Mirzoyan, CEO of RWB.
