Professor Mohsen Sayed Ahmed Eissa, an outstanding Egyptian figure in music education, will join the International Professional Jury of “Intervision”.
For over 35 years, he has worked at Helwan University, where he holds the position of Professor of Music Education Sciences. The professor is an experienced arbitrator: he has served on juries of prestigious events such as the “Nile Rock Music Festival”, international conferences of the Faculty of Fine Arts, and numerous university competitions.
His professional career includes collaborations with a host of Arab pop stars, including Hany Shaker, Mohamed Abdou, and Angham. Furthermore, Mohsen Sayed Ahmed Eissa has created soundtracks for feature films and major Egyptian television series in tandem with legendary composer Ammar El Sherei.
The professor is the author of over 16 scientific works dedicated to music education, improvisation, and the role of folk song art in creative development. He is widely known internationally, having represented Egypt at festivals in Tunisia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.
Mohsen Sayed Ahmed Eissa long-standing contributions have been recognized in various fields: he has been a member of the Musicians’ Union since 1986, served on the governing bodies of cultural and scientific committees, and was awarded the “Contribution to the Development of University Education” Prize.
This year, 23 countries will take part in the International Music Contest “Intervision”, including BRICS nations, CIS countries, Latin America, the Middle East, and the USA. The Contest final will be held on September 20, 2025, at the “Live Arena” venue in Moscow.
