At the International Music Contest “Intervision”, the United Arab Emirates will be represented by Saif Al Ali – a performer known for his unique style that blends Eastern and Emirati traditions with a modern sound.
Saif Al Ali is a prominent figure on the world music scene. His work is distinguished by its depth and sophistication, thanks to his classical education and virtuoso mastery of instruments such as the piano and the oud. As a versatile performer, he easily works across various genres and languages, allowing him to present his art worldwide.
The musician is already known to the Russian public through the large-scale “Melodiya BRICS” (BRICS Melody) festival, where he performed successfully in 2024.
As the musician himself has acknowledged, he draws inspiration from the legacy of Arab music classics, including Mohammed Abdel Wahab and Umm Kulthum.
This year, 23 countries will take part in the International Music Contest “Intervision”, including BRICS nations, CIS countries, Latin American countries, the Middle East, and the USA. The Contest final will take place on September 20, 2025, at the Live Arena venue in Moscow.
