On August 1, the RT mobile studio on Manezhnaya Square hosted the launch of ticket sales for the final of the International Music Contest “Intervision,” which will take place on September 20 at the Live Arena in Moscow. The event was timed to mark 50 days before the “Intervision” Final.
The symbolic launch was given by Ilia Averbukh, a distinguished Russian sports master, choreographer, and producer of ice shows and special events — a figure who, like no other, knows how to reveal Russia’s cultural code and promote it through performances, dance, and stage productions.
“‘Intervision’ is a very timely project, where many talented, patriotic artists are ready to express themselves. I believe this will be a show that the whole world will watch, one way or another. Of course, I wish all ‘Intervision’ participants energy, the joy of performing on stage before their beloved audience, and, most importantly, the chance to truly showcase themselves. In honor of the 50-day milestone until the “Intervision” Final, an installation of a globe featuring the participating countries of the Contest was unveiled on Manezhnaya Square as a symbol of the global celebration of music.
Additionally, the full list of participating countries whose artists will perform at “Intervision” was announced. This year, the competition will feature performers from 20 countries.
