Media accreditation for the Intervision International Music Contest

The Media client group includes representatives of Russian and foreign mass media: print media, photographers, Rights Holders, Non-Rights Holders, and the blogosphere.

Rights Holders are TV and radio companies that have obtained the rights to conduct live broadcast of the Contest.

Non-Rights Holders are TV and radio companies, video desks of news agencies or digital media outlets that have not obtained the rights to conduct live broadcast of the Contest, covering the event solely through news reports or thematic programs.

Representatives of the blogosphere are digital content creators with audiences of more than 50,000 subscribers: bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, or social media influencers who create content specifically for digital platforms or blogs and who demonstrate an active and consistent presence on these platforms with a history of creating engaging content.

Media accreditation will take place from 1 July to 1 August 2025 (inclusive) in 2 stages:

Each media organization may submit one application including the list of employees being sent (in accordance with the quotas) and the contact information of the person responsible for accreditation.

Up to 10 representatives of the media client group may be declared from each foreign participating country. These media representatives are not part of the main delegation and shall independently bear all expenses related to participation.

Media quotas:

  • TV Rights Holder — up to 7 people
  • Radio Rights Holder — up to 3 people
  • News Agency — up to 3 people
  • Digital Media Outlet — up to 3 people
  • Print Media — up to 3 people
  • TV Non-Rights Holder, Video Desk of a News Agency, or a Digital Media Outlet — up to 3 people

Access to the accreditation system will open after the media application is confirmed

Upon approval of the organization’s application, a link to the accreditation system will be sent to the email address of the person responsible for accreditation specified in the application. The person responsible for accreditation will then complete questionnaires for each team member listed in the initially submitted application. Please note that it is extremely important to indicate personal email addresses and mobile phone numbers in completing the personal questionnaires.

The final decision on whether to accept or reject applications and/or revoke accreditations remains with the Contest Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation to the media or to individual representatives without explanation.

Accreditation confirmations or rejections will be sent to the email addresses specified in the personal questionnaires no later than 10 August 2025.

Media representatives will receive accreditation cards upon successful completion of the accreditation procedure. The time and place for the issuance of accreditation cards will be announced separately.
