Professional media equipment must be imported into Russia in compliance with the customs legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union. Guidelines on customs procedures when crossing the Russian border and instructions for the temporary import and export of professional media equipment, equipment with radio-electronic capabilities, and high-frequency devices will be available on the Contest website by 1 August 2025.
To import equipment with radio-electronic capabilities and high-frequency devices into the Russian Federation, media representatives must obtain a permit for the temporary import of professional equipment issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) for a period of 6 months. The devices must be exported from the Russian Federation upon the expiration of the permit.
Upon receiving the letter confirming accreditation for the Contest, please inform the Organizer about any equipment imports by emailing mediaservices@intervision.world. A document template will be available starting 1 August 2025.
Important notice: The export of equipment and components purchased in the Russian Federation is currently prohibited. We strongly recommend ensuring the availability of spare parts for your professional equipment to avoid the need to purchase components in the Russian Federation. Otherwise, the export of professional equipment and components not declared upon import into the country will be impossible.
