Key services for media

Interested media and blogosphere representatives must undergo the accreditation procedure to cover the Contest. Please note that accreditation is mandatory for access to all Contest events.

Media accreditation period runs from 1 July through 1 August 2025 inclusive.

To ensure optimal working conditions, the number of accredited media and blogosphere representatives is limited due to high demand and venue capacity constraints.

Accreditation applications are open to Russian media organizations with valid registration, foreign media organizations, and digital content creators (bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, or social media influencers who create content specifically for digital platforms or blogs with confirmed audiences of at least 50,000 subscribers (for Russian bloggers, with a total audience on permitted social networks and messengers)).

Accredited media representatives requiring visas for Russia will benefit from a simplified visa issuance process at no cost, facilitated by an official invitation. This invitation will be accessible for download in the accreditation system once Contest accreditation is confirmed.

From 10 September to 22 September 2025, accredited media representatives will have access to 24/7 arrival and departure services at designated airport terminals (Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, and Domodedovo). The services include:

  • volunteer-assisted information desks in arrival/departure areas and escort to shuttles;
  • transfers between airports and official media hotels.

Professional media equipment must be imported into Russia in compliance with the customs legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union. Guidelines on customs procedures when crossing the Russian border and instructions for the temporary import and export of professional media equipment, equipment with radio-electronic capabilities, and high-frequency devices will be available on the Contest website by 1 August 2025.

To import equipment with radio-electronic capabilities and high-frequency devices into the Russian Federation, media representatives must obtain a permit for the temporary import of professional equipment issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) for a period of 6 months. The devices must be exported from the Russian Federation upon the expiration of the permit.

Upon receiving the letter confirming accreditation for the Contest, please inform the Organizer about any equipment imports by emailing mediaservices@intervision.world. A document template will be available starting 1 August 2025.

Important notice: The export of equipment and components purchased in the Russian Federation is currently prohibited. We strongly recommend ensuring the availability of spare parts for your professional equipment to avoid the need to purchase components in the Russian Federation. Otherwise, the export of professional equipment and components not declared upon import into the country will be impossible.

Accredited media representatives may stay at official media hotels or make their own accommodation arrangements.

Official media hotels offer special accommodation rates, dedicated transfer from the official arrival points and back, as well as shuttle service between the hotel, Media Centre, and Contest venue. Accommodation in media hotels will be available starting 10 September 2025. Detailed information about media hotels and the hotel booking procedure will be provided upon accreditation confirmation.

The Organizer does not assist with bookings or provide support for non-official accommodations.

From 19 September to 21 September 2025, complimentary TM (Transport for Media) shuttle buses will operate on a continuous loop between official media hotels, the Media Centre, and the Contest venue. The shuttle schedule will correspond with Media Centre operating hours and the event program (to be sent by 1 September 2025).

Dedicated parking for media vehicles and SNG trucks will be provided on the territory of the Skolkovo Technopark and the Contest venue. Access procedures for media vehicles and SNG trucks will be communicated to accredited media by 1 September 2025.

Accredited media representatives will enjoy complimentary lunch service at the Media Centre, along with hosted coffee breaks during operating hours in both the Media Centre and Contest venue media zones
